Who is SP LINK?



SP LINK Management Consulting has been created in 2014 as a spin-off of CHEMTI Consulting firm created in 2005.

Headquarters are located in Paradiso, near Lugano, Switzerland with branch office in Shanghai, China. SP LINK’s business model is based on a worldwide network of highly specialized and experienced senior consultants in various fields.

Our clients are Business Owners, Board’s President, Chief Executive Officers, Managing Directors mainly operating in Small and Medium size Enterprises (SME). Since more than 3 years, our client portfolio now includes large corporations, certainly due to increased business complexity.

Founder

Pascal Salsetti



Pascal Salsetti is Senior Executive with long experience in Specialty Chemical B2B environment, with special focus on Business Management, New Business Development, Procurement and Strategy Development & Implementation (including M&A).

He spent his whole career by market segment leaders, either family owned companies or multinational complex structures. He has learned how to drive revenue and cultivate corporate growth by leading expansions into new markets, deeply penetrating existing markets, and strengthening relationships with both key customers and suppliers.

Further, he built alliances inside organization, using people managements and employee engagement skills throughout his career. He leads by example and has been always exposed to an international environment, with successful achievements in Western Europe, North America, China, Japan and India.
